All of Township 19 South, Range 61 West of the 6th P.M.;
All of Township 20 South, Range 60 West of the 6th P.M.;
All of Township 20 South, Range 61 West of the 6th P.M.;
Portion of Township 20 South, Range 62 West of the 6th P.M.;
Portion of Township 20 South, Range 63 West of the 6th P.M.;
Portion of Township 21 South, Range 60 West of the 6th P.M.;
Portion of Township 21 South, Range 61 West of the 6th P.M;
Portion of Township 21 South, Range 62 West of the 6th P.M; and
Portion of Township 21 South, Range 63 West of the 6th P.M;
County of Pueblo, State of Colorado.
The area proposed for inclusion is also generally described as follows:
Located in the northeast area of Pueblo County, State of Colorado:
Beginning at the intersection of El Paso, Pueblo, Lincoln and Crowley Counties, and continuing west along the Pueblo County line to the northeast corner of the Edison Fire Protection District boundary; following the eastern and southern boundary of the Edison Fire Protection District to its southwest corner, then along the line of Dot Road south to the intersection of IL Ranch Rd; continuing south along IL Ranch Road, and following the eastern and southern boundary of the Pueblo Chemical Depot to its intersection with the Pueblo Rural Fire Protection District's boundary; following and continuing along the northern boundary of the Pueblo Rural Fire Protection District's boundary to the intersection with the Fowler Rural Fire Protection District's boundaries; continuing east along Fowler Rural Fire Protection District's northern boundary to the Pueblo County line; and following the Pueblo County line north to the El Paso County line (point of beginning);
EXCEPTING all property located within the Town of Boone, State of Colorado (Pueblo County Tax District 70G).
